Fast, tracked and packed for retail — in-stock orders leave our warehouse in 1–2 business days.
Handling & transit
In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Standard transit is 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States. Made-to-order and backordered pieces show their lead time on the product page before you check out.
Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Orders over $2,500 ship with a free towel display included — our way of helping the assortment sell itself on your floor.
Tracking
Every order confirmation email includes live tracking. If a parcel stalls for more than two days in transit, tell us and we’ll chase the carrier same-day.
Packaging
Textiles ship folded in recyclable poly with scuff-proof outer cartons sized to the order — no oversized boxes, no wasted filler. Rug and furniture orders ship flat-packed with corner protection.
Damaged or short shipments
Photograph the carton and contents within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund the affected units immediately — no return label gymnastics. Start with the contact form and choose “Shipping & returns”.
International
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Duties for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises at the door.
